For your convenience, our therapists offer appointments Monday through Saturday in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on availability.
Scheduling Your First Appointment
In order to schedule an appointment, please contact our receptionist at 717-671-9520. Our receptionist will obtain some basic information from you, including details about your insurance coverage. She will schedule your first appointment with your therapist.
Cancellation Policy
When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been reserved for you. If an appointment is cancelled with insufficient notice, the time slot cannot be filled. As a result, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment or the full fee for that session may be charged. However, if your missed appointment is due to an emergency or other extreme circumstance, please let us know so that this can be taken into consideration. Also note that some therapists may require greater than 24 hour notice. If so, they will inform you of this policy.
Confidentiality
All information obtained during the course of your treatment is held in the strictest confidence. No information about your therapy is provided to any third party without your written consent except where legal exceptions apply. These limits on confidentiality include instances where there is a potential harm to oneself or others, suspected child abuse or a court order requiring the release of information. Please feel free to discuss our policies regarding confidentiality with your therapist should you have additional questions or concerns.
