Fees
Fees for services are based on a per session rate. Fees are payable at the time services are rendered, unless we have a contract with your insurance company or prior arrangement is made with us. If finances are a concern, please discuss your circumstances with your therapist. We will attempt to work with you so that you can obtain the help you need.
Insurance
Many insurance companies provide coverage for psychotherapy services. We are a participating provider with most insurance companies, although not every therapist participates with every insurance plan. We will make every effort to schedule you with a provider who participates with your insurance company. Many individuals also have access to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), provided by their employer. The therapists at Cornerstone Counseling Center participate with many of these programs and are willing to work with your EAP to provide the services you require. We will also consider participating with your employer’s EAP even if we are not currently participating.
We will be happy to bill your insurance company on your behalf. It is the client’s responsibility to determine the limits and scope of the mental health coverage provided for in their plan. It is also up to the client to obtain any required preauthorization for services from your insurance company or EAP.
